- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Go to support AI model training infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to define project requirements, architectural decisions, and delivery timelines
- Participate in peer code reviews to uphold code quality standards and share best practices
- Optimize and refactor existing Go based systems for improved performance, memory efficiency, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems
- Document system architecture, software design decisions, and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing production grade applications using Go (Golang)
- Hands on experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, or distributed systems in Go
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
- Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, clean architecture)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, well tested Go code
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
