Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Go (Golang) to support AI model training infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to define project requirements, architectural decisions, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in peer code reviews to uphold code quality standards, share best practices, and ensure adherence to design patterns and security guidelines.
- Optimize and refactor existing Go based systems for improved performance, memory efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing production grade applications using Go (Golang).
- Hands on experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, or distributed systems in Go.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, DRY, and clean architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deploying Go services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and well tested Go code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
