Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeller .
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure .
  • Mandatory experience in Data Centre projects.
  • Experience working on high-end infrastructure projects such as Data Centres, Airports, Metro/Rail, Industrial, Healthcare, or Mission Critical facilities.
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection/resolution.
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret structural engineering mark-ups and implement revisions.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience working on international projects will be an added advantage
