• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service to all internal and external GME stakeholders, serving as a professional role model and standard-setter for service excellence • Provide responsive, knowledgeable support to program directors and coordinators regarding resident management system functionality and ACGME website processes.
• Actively participate in GME marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives to promote institutional visibility and strengthen relationships with affiliated programs and partners.
• Pursue continuous professional growth through participation in conferences, professional committees, and educational opportunities (e.g., MedHub, AAMC, ACGME).
• Maintain awareness of current trends, best practices, and innovations in Graduate Medical Education and integrate new standards into program operations.
• Identify ongoing learning needs and complete at least two professional development activities annually through Corporate Training and Development.
• Demonstrate leadership by exploring and adopting new methodologies and quality improvement initiatives that enhance program performance and institutional reputation.
