About the Role
Paytm is seeking an entrepreneurial Analytics and AI leader for the Growth and Customer Lifecycle Management function.
The role requires building solutions from ambiguous business problems and converting data, analytics, AI, and technology into measurable outcomes.
The leader will build analytics frameworks, models, dashboards, automation, AI solutions, and team capabilities from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Analytics and AI charter, roadmap, priorities, and areas of impact for Growth and CLM.
- Take high-impact business problems from definition through solution design, implementation, measurement, and optimization.
- Build capabilities across segmentation, propensity, targeting, retention, campaign optimization, and growth analytics.
- Build scalable dashboards, tracking frameworks, automated reporting systems, and analytical products.
- Use Python, SQL, LLMs, APIs, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation to solve business problems.
- Build AI-powered workflows and agents for MIS, reporting, analysis, operations, and recurring decisions.
