About the Role
The Holidave Travel is hiring a Global Visa Consultant in Dubai to handle visa applications for multiple countries. You will advise clients, review documents, coordinate with embassies, and track applications.

Responsibilities
- Handle tourist, business, student, and immigration visa applications for multiple countries
- Advise clients on visa eligibility, documentation requirements, and application procedures
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
- Complete visa application forms and prepare supporting documentation
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centers, and other visa processing agencies
- Track visa applications and provide clients with timely updates
- Maintain accurate records of applications and client documents
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally
- Ensure confidentiality of all client information and comply with company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy
- Strong knowledge of global visa requirements, including Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, and other international destinations
- Experience with VFS Global, BLS, TLScontact, embassy portals, and online visa application systems
- Excellent knowledge of visa documentation and submission procedures
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
