- The role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Employees engage face-to-face in the office three days per week.
- A company move to Kendall Square/Cambridge is referenced for 2026.
Role Overview
The Global Study Director is accountable for operational planning and delivery of high-priority, complex clinical studies and access programs.
The role delivers studies according to operating models, timelines, budgets, quality standards, regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
The GSD sets direction, owns study-level operational decisions, and establishes consistent operational standards.
Study Delivery and Strategy
- Lead pivotal and complex global studies and access programs through planning, execution, and milestone delivery.
- Provide operational leadership for study documents from protocol through clinical study report.
- Define study management, oversight, communication, feasibility, risk mitigation, and vendor strategies.
- Track study performance, KPIs, risks, mitigations, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
