The Opportunity

  • Pivotal leadership role within tulåh's commercial team, reporting to Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Responsible for leading global sales function, together with Revenue and Reservations.
  • Focus on building trusted relationships and guiding guests through personal health and wellness decisions.

Global Sales Leadership

  • Lead tulåh's global sales strategy and execution.
  • Develop and deliver annual sales plans aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high performing local and international sales team.
  • Manage and support global sales representatives across all key source markets.
  • Drive accountability through clear objectives, KPIs, and performance reviews.

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority local and international markets.
  • Build relationships with luxury travel advisors, wellness specialists, and key referral partners.
  • Represent tulåh at international trade events, roadshows, and commercial meetings.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that align with tulåh's positioning and long term growth ambitions.
  • Grow awareness within carefully selected HNWI and UHNWI networks.

Luxury Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with HNWI and UHNWI guests.
  • Support many of tulåh's most important prospective clients throughout their decision making journey.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the personalised, discreet, and highly consultative nature of the tulåh brand.
  • Work closely with Founder, Board, and senior leadership where appropriate on key relationships.

Revenue & Reservations Leadership

  • Lead the Revenue & Reservations function.
  • Work closely with General Manager and Global Commercial Lead to optimise commercial performance.
  • Oversee pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies.
  • Ensure enquiries are managed efficiently and professionally from first contact through to confirmation.
  • Drive enquiry conversion through strong commercial processes and continual performance analysis.

Commercial Performance

  • Own the global sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are progressed effectively.
  • Monitor enquiry conversion and booking performance.
  • Review sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline health on a regular basis.
  • Use commercial data and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure sales performance aligns with agreed commercial objectives.

Medical & Wellness Journey

  • Work closely with medical team to ensure prospective guests receive appropriate clinical guidance.
  • Support ethical, consultative conversations around tulåh's wellness programmes.
  • Ensure transition between commercial discussions and medical consultations is seamless.
  • Maintain tulåh's clinical integrity throughout the sales journey.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with Global Commercial Lead to deliver overall commercial strategy.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to ensure strong alignment between brand, campaigns, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience and Operations to ensure commercial promises are consistently delivered.
  • Foster a collaborative, high performing, and guest centric culture across all commercial functions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience within luxury hospitality or other luxury industry sectors.
  • Proven success leading high performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing Revenue and/or Reservations functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical, data led approach.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Experience working within founder led or entrepreneurial businesses advantageous.
  • Interest in wellness, longevity, and personalised health experiences essential.
