Keller Williams Real Estate Dubai is hiring a Global Real Estate Consultant to source, list, and sell residential and investment properties in Dubai and globally. This commission-only role is ideal for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Source, list, and sell residential and investment properties in Dubai and globally
- Build trusted relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and virtual viewings
- Provide expert advice and market insights to guide clients’ decisions
- Maintain strong after sales service and client communication
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals
- Stay updated with local and international real estate trends and regulations
Requirements
- Previous sales, real estate, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self discipline, goal orientation, and a hunger to succeed
- A team player mindset with a passion for client success
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Multilingual capabilities and Dubai real estate knowledge are advantageous
