About the Role
SAMSON CONTROLS SOLUTIONS LLC seeks a Global Project Pursuit Leader to drive Oil & Gas business growth in the region. The role involves managing the project funnel, coordinating pursuit activities, and building relationships with EPC contractors and NOCs.

Responsibilities
- Drive the development of the Oil & Gas business within the assigned region
- Execute the regional O&G growth strategy aligned with the global O&G roadmap
- Maintain visibility and ownership of the regional project funnel
- Identify, qualify and prioritize strategic opportunities and must win projects
- Coordinate project pursuit activities from FEED through EPC building and project award
- Promote the One SAMSON value proposition across all O&G stakeholders
- Develop relationships with key EPC contractors, NOCs, IOCs, licensors and strategic end users
- Support inclusion of SAMSON Group brands in AVLs
- Coordinate activities between regional subsidiaries and manufacturing sites
- Lead opportunity reviews and pursuit governance
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments and emerging opportunities
- Support commercial strategy, pricing alignment and project competitiveness assessments

- Sales: 10 years (Required)
- German (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate with employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
