Qualifications
- Required Experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing contingent workforce programs in a global organization.
- Deep expertise in contingent workforce contracting, supplier governance, and risk management.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of co-employment risk, worker classification, labor regulations, and contingent workforce compliance.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
- Experience developing and implementing scalable operational processes and governance frameworks.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of:
- Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Contract lifecycle management platforms
- Procurement and sourcing tools
- Systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as:
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
- Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
