About the Role
Zeekr International seeks a Global Procurement Manager to develop local procurement strategy, manage marketing and after-sales procurement, and drive localization. The role requires 5+ years of procurement experience in the automotive industry and proficiency in business English.

Responsibilities
- Develop local procurement strategy & annual plan; drive localization (Local Content) to reduce cost & ensure compliance; align with global/China HQ strategy
- Manage marketing & event procurement (materials, exhibitions, launches); control marketing budget & ROI
- Handle after sales parts & service supplies procurement; build local supply chain to improve delivery & reduce inventory
- Source & localize factory components; manage supplier qualification & supply chain with production/quality teams
- End to end supplier management (development, evaluation, relationship, optimization & cost down)
- Execute procurement (RFQ, negotiation, contracting); establish price benchmark & control costs
- Monitor market intelligence (pricing, supply, policy) to support decision making
Requirements
- Proficiency in business English for negotiation
- 5+ years of procurement experience
- Automotive/auto parts industry background is a must
