Role Description
- The Global Operations Manager will oversee day to day operational activities across multiple regions, ensuring that processes, systems, and teams function efficiently and consistently.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating cross border workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing standard operating procedures that support service quality and scalability.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, including coordinating activities across multiple locations or regions.
- Strong skills in process design, optimization, and documentation, with the ability to implement and refine standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track performance indicators, identify trends, and support decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms to support hybrid work, virtual collaboration, and workflow management.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a regional or global operations leadership role is highly desirable, preferably in a service oriented or multinational environment.
- Ability to work part time with flexible hours and to be physically present in Abu Dhabi as required for key meetings and operational oversight.
