Responsibilities
- Lead full funnel acquisition across Meta, Google, SEO, CRM, and community channels
- Drive measurable studio trial growth across international markets
- Optimize CPA, ROAS, and conversion efficiency market by market
- Build scalable acquisition playbooks for future global expansion
- Diagnose friction across pricing, promotions, messaging, and local market behavior
- Improve online to offline conversion performance
- Build community led growth strategies beyond paid advertising
- Own dashboards, attribution, reporting, and experimentation
- Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, offers, and channels
- Partner closely with Country Managers and HQ leadership
- Adapt strategy across cultures and consumer behaviors
- Identify partnerships and local growth opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing
- Consumer, wellness, fitness, lifestyle or multi location brand experience
- Deep expertise with Meta & Google Ads, CRM, attribution tools
- Proven success driving physical footfall through digital campaigns
- Established a local brand globally across 2+ continents
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken + written)

- Build scalable acquisition playbooks for future global expansion.
