Introductory Global Summit: Experience 4 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein, featuring the presence of our Executive Board and Global Senior Leadership. The summit offers a comprehensive overview of our business, while fostering soft skill development and meaningful collaboration with fellow program participants.

Social Project Summit: 7 days dedicated to building a better future, with contribution to a hands-on, high-impact community project. This experience offers the chance to immerse yourself in a different culture while actively improving living conditions for those in need.

Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with the IMD Business School in Lausanne, featuring online modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills.
