Responsibilities
- Align on strategy with leadership and collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., GSL, DSPA, Legal) and external agencies (e.g., suppliers, law enforcement) to manage daily operations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and risk assessments to identify threats and present briefings on geographical or event-based risks.
- Lead investigations, communications, and reporting related to cargo theft incidents, and manage vendor staff in responding to emergencies and special operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by tracking program metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing action plans to enhance our service offerings.
- Lead innovation by identifying and implementing new, security hardware, software, and processes while managing relationships with key program vendors.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience managing supply chain security operations within a multi-national corporation.
Experience in working with vendors and managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in asset protection, including security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with external partners.
Experience managing security operations and personnel to deliver high-quality, customer-oriented programs.
Experience with transportation security technologies (e.g., GPS, RFID) and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT, ISO).
Ability to develop and deploy security programs for high-value assets, confidential prototypes, and unreleased products.
Ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders in a detail-oriented environment.
Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
