The Global Launch Excellence Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination and execution of new product and indication launches across Pharmanovia's global markets.
Working across Global, Regional, and local organisations, the role will bring together Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and other key functions to ensure that products are launch-ready, appropriately resourced, and effectively executed.
The successful candidate will establish clear launch governance, milestones, processes and accountability, while ensuring that potential risks and barriers are identified and addressed well ahead of launch.
A key element of the role will be working closely with affiliates to translate global launch strategies into practical local execution plans, ensuring global consistency while allowing for appropriate adaptation to individual market requirements.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role that requires the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority, manage complex projects across multiple countries and functions, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
The Global Launch Excellence Manager will also be responsible for developing and continuously improving Pharmanovia's launch excellence framework, tools and best practices, ensuring that learnings from each launch are captured and applied to future launches.
