Global IT Configuration Engineer Manager

Translating learning and business needs into product requirements — asking the right questions and pushing past surface-level answers.

Configuring business applications hands-on and making changes directly in the system.

Writing clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.

Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, with all staff levels including leadership; excellent listening skills.

Engaging and managing stakeholders across business, functional, and IT groups, and collaborating remotely with global experts.

Being outcome-focused — keeping learner impact and business value front of mind.

Owning your workstream — taking responsibility for your area of the backlog and delivery, proactively flagging risks.

Managing data definitions and basic governance — flagging when a decision has governance implications.

Working within an Agile framework.
