Experience working within Agile structures/sprints, writing Agile user stories, and using Jira.
Experience developing and executing test plans and strategies for system-level testing (functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing).
Experience managing support requests in a user query management system, like ServiceNow.
Experience with data analysis in Excel or AI tools; reading/writing SQL queries and analysing data in Snowflake is a plus.

Who You'll Work With
The Business Analyst is a role within the Configuration Squad, part of LEAP in BCG's digital products organisation . Reporting to the IT Director, you will work day-to-day with your Product Owner, Chapter Leads, Scrum Master, and squad members, as well as functional business partners, subject matter experts, and IT colleagues. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse , configure, and evolve BCG's new Learning platform, supporting both day-to-day operations and transformative change.

Writing clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.

Engaging and managing stakeholders across business, functional, and IT groups, and collaborating remotely with global experts.
