Role overview
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across multiple regions.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi with on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and manage schedules and resources.
- Monitor risks and issues and maintain communication among technical teams and stakeholders.
- Support global IT initiatives and oversee technical support and troubleshooting related to project deployment.
- Implement best practices for documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead status meetings.
- Track performance metrics and ensure outcomes meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology foundation and experience managing IT projects in multi-site or global environments.
- Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting experience with complex technical issues.
- Proven team leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, PMI standards, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong organization and time management with attention to deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
