Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and annotate images and videos across diverse healthcare domains, including medical specialties, public health, and advanced biomedical topics.
- Develop insightful, challenging questions based on visual content, leveraging clinical acumen to ensure high quality training data for AI models.
- Tag each task by category and subcategory to ensure proper routing to corresponding evaluation criteria and model training pathways.
- Provide detailed feedback on AI generated outputs to refine model performance and reliability in healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to identify gaps in medical knowledge representation within AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid healthcare license or certification in a relevant field, such as nursing, medicine, public health, or allied health professions.
- Strong clinical expertise in anatomy & physiology, nutrition & dietetics, public health & epidemiology, or related healthcare domains.
- Experience in medical imaging analysis, diagnostics, or clinical decision making is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex medical visual data and formulate precise, actionable questions for AI training purposes.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, pathology, and evidence based clinical practices.
- No prior experience in AI or machine learning is required — domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
