Our client, a global Financial Services and Insurance Technology platform company, is seeking a Global Head of Marketing to own and scale the company's growth engine across SEO, AI Search, conversion rate optimisation, and automated outbound.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale the company's growth engine across SEO, AI Search (AEO/GEO), conversion rate optimisation, and automated outbound
- Build new frontiers of pipeline growth outside the existing GTM motion
- Own the full search and discovery stack
- Run structured experimentation across the company website
- Build intelligent outbound campaign programmes
- Continuously identify and test new growth levers
- Work in close partnership with Growth Engineering, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and the global partner ecosystem
Requirements
- 7+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, Financial Services and Insurance Technology, or fintech with demonstrable pipeline and revenue impact at scale
- Hands on expertise across SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, and automated outbound
- Technical instincts beyond spreadsheets: SQL, basic coding, or genuine comfort using LLMs to build tools and automate workflows
- Proven track record driving qualified demos, partner sign ups, and sourced revenue through structured experimentation
- Hacker creativity balanced with systems thinking
- A product mindset: manual processes irritate you and you have a history of automating them

- Our Client is a global Financial Services and Insurance Technology platform company providing an open integration layer, AI PaaS, and low code/no code SDLC tooling for insurance carriers, brokers, digital platform providers and technology partners worldwide.
- Reporting to the Global Head of Business Growth, this role will own and scale the company's growth engine across SEO, AI Search (AEO/GEO), conversion rate optimisation, and automated outbound — building new frontiers of pipeline growth outside the existing GTM motion.
Ideal Candidates Bring
- 7+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, Financial Services and Insurance Technology, or fintech with demonstrable pipeline and revenue impact at scale
- Hands on expertise across SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, and automated outbound — a portfolio of things built and scaled, not just familiarity
- Technical instincts beyond spreadsheets: SQL, basic coding, or genuine comfort using LLMs to build tools, automate workflows, and solve problems most marketers hand off to engineering
- Proven track record driving qualified demos, partner sign ups, and sourced revenue through structured experimentation and data driven optimisation
- Hacker creativity balanced with systems thinking — generate ideas constantly, execute scrappily when needed, and build for scale when something works
