- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server, cloud, and security systems
- Manage IT operations teams
- Define infrastructure roadmaps and establish policies and standards
- Monitor systems, optimize IT resources, manage vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership on IT strategy and drive infrastructure modernization
Requirements
- Strong Information Technology skills including networking, server administration, cloud platforms, and IT security
- IT Management capabilities including leadership of technical teams, budget management, vendor governance, and policy development
- IT Operations experience including incident and problem management, service delivery, monitoring, and performance optimization
- IT Strategy and Infrastructure skills with a track record of designing and executing infrastructure roadmaps
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNP, AWS/Azure) are an advantage
- Proven experience in a senior global IT infrastructure leadership role, preferably in multinational organizations
