- Partner with SEO, Paid Media, and Digital specialists to drive performance improvements

- Proven track record of growing a DTC brand
- Experience in a senior growth role (Head of Growth, Growth Director, VP Growth, Ecommerce Director, or similar)
- Strong data and commercial insight skills
