Role Overview
Foodics is seeking a Global Cybersecurity GRC Manager to coordinate group-wide governance, risk, and compliance activities under the CISO.
The role translates frameworks, regulatory obligations, and business risks into controls, ownership, remediation plans, and management reporting.
The position works cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cybersecurity GRC program, operating cadence, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assess compliance against ISO 27001, SOC 2, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, KSA PDPL, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain policies, standards, procedures, control libraries, evidence, exceptions, and governance records.
- Own risk registers and assessments, track treatment plans, and escalate material or overdue risks.
