This role reports directly to the Global Procurement Manager and works closely with Materials Management, Buyers/Planners, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, and other key stakeholders
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Oracle, JDE, SAP, or similar ERP systems preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, spend analytics, or data visualization tools preferred
7+ years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment
Prior experience leading teams, managing direct or indirect reports, or driving cross-functional project teams through complex sourcing, supplier, or operational initiatives
Experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies across regions, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Experience leading supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, sourcing transitions, and supplier performance improvement activities
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
MBA is a plus
ISM certification such as CPSM is a plus
