Global Aerospace Engines Manager

Partner with: Commercial / Sales / Global Operations / BPO & Shared Services /IT / Data teams

Align global processes with system capabilities (e.g., CargoWise, tracking platforms)

Support implementation teams during new customer onboarding

8–12+ years of experience in aerospace or high-value logistics operations

Strong knowledge of: · Aerospace engine handling, · AOG operations, · Airfreight and charter solutions

Experience with global operations and multi-region coordination

Proven track record in process standardization and operational governance

Strong commercial acumen (pricing, quoting, customer solutions)

Experience working with TMS platforms (e.g., CargoWise) is preferred
