This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, with a possibility for an extension depending on the status of the projects we will be supporting.

All team members will be required to work from the Kochi office twice a week, so please confirm the candidates are ok with this based on where they are currently residing.

These are Junior positions (preferably up to 5 years of experience) and the main requirements are experience working with end users and knowledge about Service Now. If candidates with more experience still want to apply this is also ok.
