Gift Shop Operations, E-Commerce and Administrative Assistant.

Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Organize the shop, products, supplies, and attractive product displays.
• Encode inventory, conduct stock counts, and prepare low-stock reports.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and the website.
• Record and follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, labels, and basic reports.
• Update product photographs, descriptions, prices, and availability on the website, Amazon, and other platforms.
• Process, check, pack, and label customer orders.
• Arrange couriers, transportation, collections, and deliveries.
• Organize documents, product photographs, trackers, and digital folders.
• Help generate new leads and support conversion of enquiries into sales.
• Assist with gifting projects, workshops, packing, and other studio tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, data-entry, and inventory-encoding skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and Amazon.
• Good written and spoken English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• The candidate should be creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in gifting and product presentation.
• The candidate must manage several tasks accurately and complete follow-ups without repeated reminders.
• Sales, customer-service, and lead-generation skills are an advantage.
• Previous retail, gift shop, e-commerce, craft, or administrative experience is preferred.

Compensation and Probation

• Salary is AED 2,800–3,200 per month plus sales commission.
• The probation period is three months with performance reviews.
• A visa is provided to the successful candidate subject to eligibility and UAE requirements.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person at Mamzar Studio in Dubai.
