Graduate Program Opportunity

GHD is planning February and July 2027 graduate cohorts across Victoria, including Melbourne and regional locations.

The program welcomes recent graduates, final-year students, and candidates completing their degree by mid-2027.

Available disciplines include civil engineering, electrical engineering, project management, environmental and earth sciences, and law.

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates should be recent graduates, final-year students, or due to complete a degree by mid-2027.
  • Applicants should provide a CV, cover letter, and academic transcript.
  • The cover letter should indicate preferred areas for professional growth and demonstrate communication skills.

Graduate Development Program

GHD offers a two-year Graduate Development Program supported by peers, managers, and mentors.

The first year focuses on consulting fundamentals and the second year allows deeper technical development or mentoring-based growth.

Program Experience

  • Graduates may work in design teams, contribute to project delivery, support bids and tenders, and undertake occasional site work.
