Role Overview
CREO HOMES PVT LTD is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for its construction team.
The role provides hands-on experience in construction projects, site execution, quality control, estimation, and project coordination.
Selected candidates will work with experienced engineers and project teams to build technical and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project and site engineers with day-to-day construction activities.
- Support site supervision and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety requirements.
- Read and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Maintain progress reports, site records, checklists, and documentation.
- Assist with material inspection and quality-control activities.
- Monitor construction material usage and availability at site.
- Support resolution of site-related technical issues.
- Participate in site meetings and project coordination activities.
- Apply industry best practices, construction methods, and relevant standards.
