Role Overview
Pattabhi Agro Foods is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee for its Commercial Department in the Hyderabad corporate office.
The role supports reporting, sales and dispatch coordination, order tracking, MIS preparation, and follow-up activities.
The position is trainee or entry level and reports to management or the Commercial Reporting Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily in-state and commercial reports.
- Prepare reports for instant, Kerala, outstate, and by-product sales and other commercial activities.
- Monitor customer and sales orders, dispatches, and pending orders.
- Follow up with sales executives and retail counters on order status, dispatch requirements, and pending actions.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and submit them accurately and on time.
- Provide management updates on sales, orders, dispatches, and other commercial activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Accounts, Logistics, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel or approved systems.
- Assist with management reports, summaries, and data analysis.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
- Maintain documentation and follow up on pending commercial transactions.
- Perform additional commercial reporting or coordination duties assigned by management.
