- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role in B2B SaaS or technical services environment
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for non technical audiences
- Strong technical curiosity and genuine interest in AI agents
- Fluency in English and French, written and verbal

About The Role
- Fulltime is looking for an Agent Success Manager to own how customers deploy, adopt, and get lasting value from Fulltime AI agents.
- Work closely with trade business owners to guide them through deployment and act as strategic advisor.
