About the Role
Victoria Park Medispa seeks a detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, clinic products, and private label MDFormula. You will collaborate with internal teams, clinics, and suppliers to ensure product availability and optimize inventory.

Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis following needs and established KPIs, make recommendations to ensure profitability of categories
- Prepare and provide various reports and analysis according to requirements
- Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to understand and respond to their requests in a timely manner
- Conduct product research and selection or substitution as required
- Ensure conformity of prices and margin in the system
- Communicate product information clearly and quickly to internal partners and clinics
- Replenish products according to set deadlines and clinic needs, following established buying plans
- Manage purchase/transfer orders: plan, create, follow up, and update
- Verify and adjust desired base inventory levels (Min Max, MOQ)
- Analyze and adjust replenishment levels based on sales, consumption, and needs
- Manage challenging situations related to product availability and delivery
- Create and maintain product and supplier information in Zenoti inventory system
Requirements
- Degree in buying, procurement, supply chain, administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, demand planning, or retail/wholesale in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP understanding (Zenoti, InFlow)
- Critical and analytical thinker, likes to work with numbers
- Problem solver, multitasker, organized, detail oriented, flexible, and prioritizes workload
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Customer focused, sense of urgency
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Product Manager
- Victoria Park offers the best in Medispa services at our 27 locations across Canada.
- We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Product Manager to oversee the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, general clinic products, and our MDFormula private label and packaging.
- In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, clinics, and suppliers to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support the continued growth of our business.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis following needs and established KPI’s, make the necessary recommendations to ensure the profitability of the categories under his/her responsibilities.
- Prepare and provide the various reports and analysis according to the requirements and requests.
- Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to understand and respond to their requests in a timely manner.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP understanding (Zenoti, Inflow).
- Have experience with Shopify processes (Asset).
- Critical and analytical thinker likes to work with numbers.
- Vendor negotiation abilities
