Security Account Manager

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of security management or operations experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing security teams , including Supervisors and Security Officers.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, investigations, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, reporting, and operational oversight.
• Strong understanding of emergency response, access control, and security procedures.
• Flexible to provide after-hours operational support when required.
• Valid Security Worker Licence required, where applicable.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation may be required.
• Location: Longueuil, QC Pay Rate: $ 34.66/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7h30-15h30

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop Security Supervisors and Officers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, site management, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for operational concerns and client requests.
• Manage incidents, investigations, emergencies, and performance concerns.
• Conduct site inspections and performance reviews.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, overtime, and operational coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Review reports and implement corrective actions and operational improvements.
• Work closely with Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Scheduling to support the account.
• Ensure required training, licensing, and certifications are maintained.
