Role Overview
The role is a Geotechnical Site Engineer position focused on field testing, soil investigation, and construction-related activities.
The position is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with geotechnical investigations, field testing, soil investigation, and foundation engineering activities.
- Assist with Pile Load Tests, Plate Load Tests, Pile Integrity Tests, and other geotechnical tests.
- Monitor site activities, testing procedures, specifications, measurements, records, and daily reports.
- Install and monitor dial gauges, hydraulic jacks, pressure gauges, and other testing instruments.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site personnel during testing activities.
- Prepare test data, observations, and basic technical reports.
- Handle, calibrate, and safely use testing equipment while following company safety procedures.
- Travel to project sites and develop practical knowledge of geotechnical testing and foundation engineering.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.E./M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering is required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of geotechnical or site work experience are preferred.
