Role Overview
The role is based in ExxonMobil’s Bengaluru, India location.
The successful candidate will work on reservoir characterization and modelling projects with geologists, geophysicists, petrophysicists, and reservoir engineers.
The work supports field development planning, mature-field opportunity generation, carbon capture and storage, regulatory requirements, and strategic projects.
What You Will Do
- Define project objectives, work scopes, and deliverables with the Reservoir Modelling group in Houston.
- Update existing models, develop and maintain workflows, perform volumetric analysis, and calibrate models to dynamic data.
- Support opportunity screening, scenario analysis, and uncertainty quantification for business units.
- Support country-specific regulatory requirements that have a significant modelling component.
