Responsibilities
- Conduct geological field investigations, site reconnaissance, and geological mapping
- Perform soil and rock logging, sampling, and field classification in accordance with industry standards
- Interpret geological and geotechnical data and prepare detailed technical reports
- Assist in planning and executing site investigation programs
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, laboratory personnel, and clients to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain accurate geological records, borehole logs, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Provide technical support during site investigations and construction activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of geological mapping, soil and rock classification, and site investigation techniques
- Familiarity with UAE geological conditions and applicable standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GIS and geological software is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and technical report writing skills
