Generation Development Project Manager - Implementation

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, applied science, mathematics, economics or finance required
• Advanced degree is desirable; MBA preferred

• Prior management experience and demonstrated success leading a cross-company, multi-function enterprise team through a large, complex project
• In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and operation of power generation technologies highly desired
• Proven analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics verbally and in written form Proficiency with standard analytical and business software such as Microsoft Office applications is required Exhibited high proficiency in the development and delivery of information using PowerPoint and other visual messaging software Experience with fundamental production cost models such as Aurora is preferred

• Proven ability to develop, maintain and rely on close, constructive working relationships with customers, business partners, and all internal and external stakeholders

• This position will require up to 25%+ travel (day-trip & overnight), primarily within the Southern Company retail footprint
