Summary of Role

  • The Marketing Generalist supports digital and traditional marketing initiatives for human and animal health.
  • Hands on role creating and publishing content, maintaining digital platforms, supporting campaigns, analyzing performance, and acting as primary HubSpot CRM user.
  • Ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, creative, collaborative, and embraces responsible use of AI tools.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Create and coordinate digital marketing content including email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, social media posts.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Support marketing automation activities including email workflows, forms, lists, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
  • Use AI assisted tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Website Management

  • Update and maintain company websites ensuring content is current, accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Conduct A/B testing of website content, landing pages, and digital campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

SEO & Digital Analytics

  • Support SEO, AEO, and AIO initiatives through keyword research, on page optimization, metadata updates, and monitoring.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and prepare KPI reports.

CRM, Collaboration & General

  • Serve as HubSpot CRM super user, maintaining data quality, supporting campaigns, creating dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and external vendors.
  • Assist with content development including brochures, presentations, product sheets, videos, webinars.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordinator/generalist role.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or similar.
  • Experience creating and managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience maintaining website content using a CMS.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is a strong asset.
  • Enthusiasm for learning AI powered marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a strong asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
