Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for non engineering/non product roles at Beacon HQ, including finance, marketing, sales, ops, M&A, and BD
- Parachute into portfolio companies to run end to end searches for senior hires
- Juggle multiple open roles across different functions, companies, and markets
- Build hiring plans with GMs and functional leaders as a thought and recruiting partner
- Source creatively using LinkedIn, functional networks, referrals, niche communities, and AI assisted tooling
- Maintain operational rigor using Ashby, clean pipelines, tight feedback loops, and disciplined processes
- Navigate compensation conversations and competing offers to drive negotiations to a successful close
- Help tell the Beacon story in markets and functions not actively recruited in before
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a generalist background
- Comfort in high growth, multi entity environments
- Fast learner able to get conversant in unfamiliar functions quickly
- Authentic, polished, persuasive verbal and written communication
- Self direction and ability to prioritize across shifting roles
- Hands on experience with Ashby or Greenhouse
- BA/BS degree

About the Role
- Fresh off a CAD 225M Series C, Beacon is acquiring companies at pace and looking to build in house business and G&A recruiting function while expanding talent offerings to portcos.
- This is a unique, multi faceted role for a superstar generalist recruiter who can run full cycle searches across finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, and customer success.
What You'll be Doing
- Full cycle ownership, corporate side: support hiring for non eng/non product roles at Beacon HQ
- Portco hiring on demand: parachute into portfolio company senior hires and run search end to end
- Constant context switching across different functions, companies, and markets
- Strategic partnership: build hiring plans with GMs and functional leaders
- Creative sourcing using LinkedIn, functional networks, referrals, niche communities, and AI assisted tooling
- Operational rigor with Ashby, clean pipelines, tight feedback loops
- The close: navigate comp conversations and competing offers
- Brand building: tell Beacon story in new markets and functions
What you Bring
