Position Summary
Support management and the leadership team with human resources issues and employee requests.
Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding, employee records, payroll records, HR reporting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external employee transfer requests and procedures.
- Support hiring processes, applicant screening, reference checks, background checks, and related logs.
- Create and maintain new-hire and personnel files in human resources information systems.
- Assist with employee orientation and train new hires on HR processes, policies, programs, and systems.
- Monitor recruitment processes for compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and standards.
- Support payroll record processing and maintenance as necessary.
- Maintain filing systems, generate HR data reports, answer calls, and prepare office correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and support positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed.
- No license or certification is listed.
