- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top tier university (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proven track record of delivering value in complex environments with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility to adapt to shifting client priorities
