Responsibilities
- Provide typing and application services for customers (government and non government)
- Prepare, review, and submit documents, forms, and applications with accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Arabic to understand their service needs
- Handle walk in customers, manage queues, and maintain a professional kiosk environment
- Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, card reader, etc.)
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records in accordance with company standards
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working in a typing center or similar environment
- Fast and accurate typing in English and Arabic
- Must speak English and Arabic
- Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately
- Strong knowledge of UAE service systems (MOI, ICP, TAMM, MOHRE, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills and ability to work with scanners, printers, and PDF tools
- Presentable, reliable, and able to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Typist to join us.
- The ideal candidate must be able to type quickly and accurately in both English and Arabic, and be fully familiar with UAE government and non government service platforms used for transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide typing and application services for customers (government and non government).
- Prepare, review, and submit documents, forms, and applications with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Arabic to understand their service needs.
- Handle walk in customers, manage queues, and maintain a professional kiosk environment.
- Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, card reader, etc.).
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records in accordance with company standards.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times.
Required System Knowledge
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience with the following platforms:
- MOI (Ministry of Interior) services
- Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP)
- Immigration / Visa Services
- TAMM – Abu Dhabi Government Services
- MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) – labor services
- Department of Health (DOH) – licensing & applications
- Abu Dhabi Police Services
- Mawaqif – parking services
- ADRA – Abu Dhabi Residents Office services
- Department of Municipalities & Transport (DMT)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working in a typing center or similar environment.
- Fast and accurate typing in English and Arabic.
