X-Space Property Care is seeking an experienced General Technician to join its maintenance team in Dubai, UAE.
Salary
- The salary is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Key skills
- Electrical work, plumbing, basic AC maintenance, painting, and general maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on maintenance experience in Dubai.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to travel between sites.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical work, plumbing, basic AC maintenance, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
- Diagnose maintenance faults and complete repairs efficiently.
