Role Overview
Maintain hotel facilities to ensure property safety, functionality, and guest comfort.
The role supports memorable hospitality experiences through responsive facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Document inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring follow-up.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership, and urgency.
