Full job description

1.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting findings and updating medical records as necessary.

2.

Monitor patients' conditions regularly, reporting changes to consultants and documenting in progress notes.

3.

Provide around-the-clock medical care for inpatients, including responding to emergencies and collaborating with consultants.

4.

Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

5.

Administer medications and orders diagnostic tests as directed by consultants.

6.

Document patient interactions, including prescriptions, test results, and treatment plans.

7.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to clinical policies and procedures.

8.

Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

9.

Stay current with emerging medical techniques, procedures, and therapies through ongoing education and training.

10.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

11.

Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

12.

Comply with Clinical policies, protocols, and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective work environment.

Salary - Revenue Sharing with own visa

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
