General Operations Expert

Duties and Position. The Company hires this Employee in the capacity of General Operations Expert. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.

Duties: You will be responsible for the operation within the General Operations Department contacting companies with the purpose of providing our financial services and much more. You will drive and manage expansion in the area of responsibility and develop strategic plans with the rest of your team that will meet objectives. You will have overall responsibility for the implementation of plans, the day-to-day operations, and the management of all operational, technical, marketing, investments, sales, and commercial personnel. Builds internal capability ingraining training and control processes into the business.

Your immediate supervisor is the County Manager.

Requirements:

Education

High school degree

Experience:

2 years minimum experience in sales preferred but, not required

Qualities

Friendly disposition, attention to details, organized, resourceful, fast learning, task oriented, goal oriented, driven

Skills

Experienced with document creation, Gmail, Google Calendar, and other Google services

Languages

English speaking with clear speech. Multi-lingual preferred but not required

Equipment

Android cellphone (Will be required after probation)

Access to an Android tablet or a PC for work

Payment Type ( check one ).

Salary - The Company shall pay Employee a salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods.

Bonuses – The Company shall pay the Employee a commission of 10% on equipment sales. $30 per hour for configuring systems.
