What We're Looking For
Minimum one year's management experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail sectors
Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving business targets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements
Positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required
Experience within a fitness or leisure environment
Level 2 Fitness Qualification
Understanding of membership sales, retention and club operations
Pool plant and Health & Safety experience
