- Drive revenue, gross profit, collections, and overall commercial performance across the group
- Lead all sales channels, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives
- Develop new business, retain key accounts, manage customer relationships, and oversee commercial terms
- Manage receivables, overdue accounts, credit discipline, and working capital optimization
- Ensure efficient day to day operations across sales, logistics, distribution, and warehousing functions
- Maintain stock accuracy, improve inventory health, reduce shortages, and drive dead stock liquidation initiatives
- Standardize retail operations, merchandising, trade counter management, and customer service standards
- Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities through new locations, products, markets, and channels
- Recruit, develop, coach, and manage teams while fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
- Provide management with performance insights, business dashboards, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably as General Manager or similar senior role
- Strong business acumen with ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L
- Experience in supply chain, inventory, and warehouse management
- Excellent people leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Position Overview
- We are hiring a General Manager — Sales & Operations to take ownership of the day to day commercial and operational performance of the group.
- This is a working leadership role, not a figurehead. You will oversee all sales divisions and operational functions across the departments, and you will be measured on tangible outcomes — top line growth and the quality of that growth (collections, gross margin, working capital).
- This role reports jointly to the Managing Director and the Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue Management – Drive revenue, gross profit, collections, and overall commercial performance across the group.
- Sales Strategy & Leadership – Lead all sales channels, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Customer & Account Management – Develop new business, retain key accounts, manage customer relationships, and oversee commercial terms.
- Collections & Credit Control – Manage receivables, overdue accounts, credit discipline, and working capital optimization.
