A leading digital payments company is seeking a General Manager for Payments and Digital Operations to lead and manage daily operations, oversee sales points and electronic payment services, and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the company
- Oversee the business network and sales points, as well as electronic payment services
- Monitor sales, collections, transactions, and daily operations
- Review discrepancies between systems, merchants, accounts, and banks
- Supervise the operations, support, sales, and customer service teams
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate revenue, expenses, merchant balances, and transactions
- Collaborate with the technical team and service providers to address issues and enhance the system
- Establish and implement internal operational procedures for transactions, approvals, complaints, support, and competitions
- Monitor merchant and customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare regular reports for management on operational and financial performance
- Monitor performance indicators related to sales, issues, complaints, activation, collections, and profitability
- Propose development and expansion plans to increase the number of merchants and sales points
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital payments, sales points, payment gateways, banking, financial technology, telecommunications, or electronic shipping
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an operational activity related to sales or payments
- Operational experience in POS Operations / Payment Operations / Merchant Operations / Digital Payments / Settlement Operations
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to manage teams, analyze problems, and make decisions
- Good understanding of daily transactions, operational discrepancies, merchant complaints, approvals, and operational issues
- Ability to read financial and operational reports and monitor profitability and costs
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information systems, or any related field

Job Purpose
